All late AP exam registration forms must be turned in to the counseling center by Friday, March 25. Director of counseling Linda Skafish said any forms turned in after Friday will not be accepted. The late registration fee is $10 per test plus the original cost of the test. Skafish said they hope to have as many students register for AP exams as possible. In fact, Skafish said this year they have already received orders for 2,280 tests.
“We are encouraging all students who took AP classes to take each AP tests because starting this year all public Indiana colleges are required to give full credit to any student receiving a 3, 4 or 5 on an AP exam.” Skafish said.
Senior Laura Rummel said she decided to take her AP tests because she feels confident she will be able to receive at least a 3 on her exams. “I am going to take my (AP exams) and hope for the best,” Rummel said. “I figure if I did the work this year I should be able to get the credit.” By Ellie Seta <[email protected]>
