Swing Club to host dance at Fountain Square

The Swing Dance Club will be participating in a dance and social time every fourth Friday of each month at Fountain Square (see map below) from 8 to 11:30 p.m. According to Swing Dance Club instructor Carolyn Wiley, anyone can come to the event, not just Swing Dance Club members.

Wiley said that evening will be filled with lots of socializing and fun.

“It’s always really fun. Last year all of us were at the square and we danced all night. It doesn’t matter if you are in the club or not. Just come and have fun! It’s a great time to talk to people and have fun dancing while you’re at it,” Wiley said.

Freshman Willow Wespestad said she is also looking forward to this event.

“I can’t wait to go to this! I’ve been looking forward to dancing with everyone for a really long time,” Wespestad said.
