Carmel Connects Club to meet April 23 in Room F104

Carmel Connects Club plans to meet on April 23 in Room F104 to have a pizza party to celebrate its accomplishments in re-imaging and repairing computers for Net Literacy, according to Margaret Winans, Carmel Connects Club sponsor.

“Throughout the year, all the members have worked really hard and I think it’s time that we reward ourselves,” Winans said.

To promote net literacy, Carmel Connects Club repairs and re-images Carmel Clay Schools’ previously used computers and donates them to people and groups in need. According to Levi Kiser, Carmel Connects Club president and senior, the club has exceeded its goal and has had a productive year.

“Overall we have done well, and everyone enjoys club pizza parties,” Kiser said.
