PTO to meet Oct. 2

by Brick Ban

The PTO, an organization that helps the school plan events and raise money, recently finished organizing the Homecoming Dance and they are already looking towards their next meeting on Oct. 2 in the community room. Becky Barker is the current PTO president.

Any parents looking towards volunteering can go to the CHS website for a registration form and choose which events they would like to help with.

Freshman assistant principal, Amy Skeens-Benton, who actively participates with the PTO, said, “The parents of the kids who go here have the very best interest about what goes on and what we do here.”
