Rising Stars to have meeting on Nov. 1

Rising Stars will have their next meeting after school on Nov. 1. In this meeting, club members will have the chance to discuss progress on current theater productions, plan for upcoming productions, and socialize with one another.

“Each meeting has a specific theme, such as Halloween or Christmas,” sponsor Jim Peterson said.

Rising Stars locker signs are now printed and can be picked up in Peterson’s room at P123. Club members can also retrieve them at the upcoming club meeting.

“We’re going to be playing (games) and…giving announcements about what events will be coming up,” Carolyn Keller, president of the club and senior, said.

On Oct. 11, the club attended a hayride Stony Creek Farm. Pictures and other follow-ups to the event can be found on the club’s Facebook page.
