The Build Season for TechHOUNDS is finally over; it is now time for it to compete in the Kansas City Regional competition, which begins on March 3 at 4 p.m. The team is optimistic about their progress and confident in how their robot will perform.
Landon Yan, co-leader of the auxiliary team and senior, said, “I am so excited for this competition. I feel like all our hard work will pay off and we will kick butt.”
Meera Chander, co-leader of TechHOUNDS and senior, said, “After this Kansas Regional competition, we will most definitely move up to the Purdue Regional competition. I feel like everyone has done their best and everything will turn out okay.”
TechHOUNDS will go to the Purdue Regional competition on March 20. Admission is free and it will take place in the Armory at Purdue. If the team performs well, it will then advance to the Atlanta competition on April 14. By Ben Lu <blu@hilite.org>
