Date change for upcoming Invisible Children concert

Invisible Children plans to meet every Gold Monday in Room E223.

Invisible Children changed the Annual Benefit Concert’s date. “We will be hosting a concert for our Schools for Schools campaign on March 26 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. to raise money for our sister school in Uganda, Layibi Secondary School,” co-president and senior Emily Patterson said.

The concert will be featuring four bands; other entertainers will include a routine by the break dance club. “At the concert we will be selling baked goods, drinks and shirts all the proceeds will go to the schools for schools program,” Patterson said.

Sponsor Alicia Noneman said this year has been very student-led and this club is a rewarding experience for her as well as the students.
