Beat reports

About beat reports:
Put simply, a Carmel High School beat report is a type of news story that provides basic newsworthy information from the various clubs, activities, departments and groups we have at the high school and surrounding community. Most students are required to write beat reports throughout the year, usually once every three weeks. Beat reports are typically short (150 to 300 words) and follow the inverted pyramid organizational style.
