Students’ wardrobes slow to adapt to changing weather

By: HiLite Staff

Sophomores Madison Gee, Jeffrey Ting and Ketki Tamhankar walk into school from their buses as the temperature outdoors hovers at 49 degrees. Despite the autumn cold, many students neglect to wear heavier outerwear than a sweatshirt or light jacket because they do not appreciate the bulk of a thicker coat in their locker or on the bus.
