Choirs preparing for fall concert Sept. 30

The first choir concert of the year will take place on Sept. 30 at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students and tickets are purchased at the door. This fall concert will include all choir groups, including the Ambassadors and freshmen choir.

Choir Director Ann Conrad said, “Each of the groups will do one piece of singing and one with singing and dancing. They are working with choreographers and learning the steps to their dances.”

Conrad said she expects the show to be a great one. “Everyone will be able to see where each group will begin and we can look forward to what (the groups) will be like in May. It is also a great chance for the freshmen to have a chance on the stage,” Conrad said.
