On April 1, 2025 in the CHS library, students and senior citizens came together to discuss different prompts relating to the story West With Giraffes by Lynda Rutledge. “It is so interesting to hear the difference of how senior citizens and high school students comprehend literature,” Eskandar said. “I have learned so much from the people I’ve met in Silverhounds."

Connor Lathrop, a member of the men’s swimming team and freshman, practices at CHS on Jan. 14, the first day swimmers were able to return to the pool following the explosion. The varsity men and women’s swimming and diving teams will attend the Greyhound JV Classic on Jan. 26 from noon to 2 p.m. at the CHS natatorium.
