New GKOM members selected for upcoming school year

Training Day, which took place on May 16, prepared the 2008-2009 school year’s GKOMs to mentor the incoming freshmen. Although over 500 students applied to become a GKOM next year, only 240 of those were accepted. GKOMs will meet with their freshmen SRTs on Freshman Kick-off Day Aug. 8 and will meet periodically with the classes for the rest of the school year in approximately five GKOM meetings.
