School uses new fire evacuation plan Aug. 21, finds mixed results

Not all teachers went to the correct area during Tuesday’s fire evacuation. “Attendance is very important and so while teachers exited appropriately some of them didn’t realize that they needed to go to their room assignment number because they were in a different part of the building,” assistant principal Amy Skeens-Benton said.
