This recipe was submitted by freshman Christina “Chris” Carmichael, who said this recipe is significant to her because it’s one of the first recipes she workshopped by herself and inspired her love for baking.
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Separate egg yolks from whites and set aside yolks
3. Combine egg whites and sugar
4. Using an electric mixer, beat together
until stiff peaks form
5. Put into a piping or plastic bag
6. Pipe mixture into small circles on a
baking tray
7. Bake for about an hour or until
golden brown and stiff on the bottom
8. Enjoy!
