“My dad said basically, “hey, let’s try this recipe!” We all loved (cranberry salad) so we have made it every year since. We chop up cranberries, let them sit in sugar usually overnight, and then we add in mandarin oranges and then fold in fresh whipped heavy whipping cream And we usually just have a small thanksgiving at our house since our relatives don’t live close. We do like to invite some friends over, though, to celebrate with us.”
