Photo Club will meet on Feb. 10 in Room C147 to critique and review photos taken by members. Members have chosen and are recommended to do photos related with emotion and conceptual photos, which are pictures that have a hidden meaning. Jim Streisel, a Photo Club sponsor and journalism teacher, said the process for choosing the themes has not changed much since the first semester.
“It has been less formal in that they used to solicit responses through the electronic means and now I think they’ve been a little bit more (informal) at the end of our meetings,” Streisel said.
Lauren Colbert, Photo Club co-president and senior, said much the same.
“Our process isn’t super structured. At the end of every meeting, we throw out a few ideas to the club members and everyone collaborates and decides what we’re all interested in,” Colbert said.
