According to club sponsor Jim Inskeep, the athletes in spring sports who were nominated by their coaches are scheduled to meet sometime in late November. However, there is still no set date for this meeting.
Inskeep said the curriculum that will be taught to the new members of the Senior Roundtable will be no different than the old.
“We’re not going to alter anything, since there will be no repeats of people in the Roundtable,” Inskeep said. “All (of the spring members) will be new to Senior Roundtable.”
Roma Sarapin, previous Senior Roundtable member and swimmer, said that the program changed the way he views his leadership role in sports.
Sarapin said, “It opened my eyes to the responsibility that I have to accept, and it also helped me get ideas for dealing with certain situations on the team.”
