Carmel Connects Club plans to meet on Dec. 12 in Room F104 to have a pizza party as a reward for all the hard work members have put into re-imaging and repairing computers for net literacy, according to Margaret Winans, Carmel Connects Club sponsor.
“I personally want to make sure that the club isn’t just work but also a lot of fun,” Winans said. “We want to reward all our members for all the effort and time they have put into this club as we get closer to our goal.”
Levi Kiser, club president and senior, said that this year the club is planning on having more parties in order to make sure that all there members remain content with the club as well as in order to attract more members.
“Last year we didn’t have that many members so this year we decided to turn that around and have more entertaining attractions as well,” Kiser said. “For the most part I think that has worked pretty well considering it looks like we are going to beat last year’s total of fixed computers.”
