Spanish Club’s first meeting of the semester will take place on Jan. 17, according to sponsor Kay Vazquez. It will also serve as a second call-out meeting for those who didn’t join during the first semester.
Lindsey Walker, Spanish Club president and junior, said “Those still hoping to join will be able to get all of the information about joining now. At the meeting, they can pick up the Code of Conduct form, the price of dues, and a flyer about the club. We might also talk a bit about ideas for what we can do this semester.”
According to Vazquez, the second meeting will be the first official meeting of the new year and is scheduled for Feb. 7.
“That’ll be a typical meeting, during which we’ll plan our February event,” Vazquez said.
“I’m really excited about second semester,” Walker said, “and I can’t wait to watch Spanish Club grow even more.”
