Key Club will meet on Jan. 17 before school at 7:15 and after school at 3:15 in the freshman cafeteria. According to Key Club sponsor Katie Gray, Key Club admission applications will be offered to students who are interested in participating in Key Club second semester.
“Students must turn in their applications with a $10 fee before Jan. 31 to me in H206 or Mrs. Grimes in E229. Key Club staff members and the (Key Club) office would not accept any applications,” Gray said.
Krishna Pathak, Key Club sophomore board representative, said there is no prerequisite for becoming a Key Club member. “Key Club is the largest and oldest club in CHS. Around 500 members participate in different community services every week. As long as you are dedicated to volunteering, this is the club for you,” Pathak said.
