Aperture Club is scheduled to have its second meeting of the semester on Feb. 27 in room C147. According to president and senior Sam Patterson, submissions for the “People In Action” contest are due the day of the meeting. Patterson said there will also be a short lesson during the meeting, however, the concept has not been decided on.
According to Patterson, members should receive an email from him in the near future. The email will have information about due dates for competitions as well as other important information.
Club member Crystal Chen won the “Winter Wonderland” contest for the last meeting.
“She had some really good photos from her trip out to Utah. They were really well executed” Patterson said.
Patterson said he would like to commend Alyssa Wood for joining Pinnacle. Patterson said she was inspired to do so after the last meeting.
“We said, ‘Hey! You’re really good at photography. We need more photographers on publications here at the school. You should apply.’”
