Art Club plans to have its next official meeting during the second week after Thanksgiving break in Room C127 to discuss what art will be displayed in the upcoming art shows, future projects and additional art to add to the Arts Garden. President and senior Alex Mikev said the club is planning many more events for the second semester.
Mikev said, “We plan on having more collaboration art projects such as taking small parts of art to make a big picture, charity events and auction arts.”
So far, according to sponsor Jen Bubp, Art Club has managed to finish the Freshman Mural and paint holiday windows before the end of November.
“So far Art Club has been successful because it has been able to promote a lot of art similar to last year,” Mikev said, “We also have a lot more successful in having more regular members.”
