Living Hope Club will have its next meeting on March 19, according to Grace Miller, club vice president and junior. Members plan to help the Center for Global Impact (CGI) in a fashion show.
“Basically what the fashion show is, is (club members) are getting models together to model the purses and shirts and different things that the women in Cambodia make through CGI. That way we can raise money for them and continue supporting them,” Miller said.
The fashion show will take place on April 26 in the central auditorium of Grace Church from 3:30 to 5:30 pm Miller said. The club is getting girls from Grace Church and their high school and middle school ministry to help model the products. Club members will model ByTavi products made my women from Cambodia.
Club sponsor Diana LaRose said there has not been a great turnout this year for the club, so club members are planning to do an in-studio announcement, after receiving the criteria from her.
