The Share the Music Club will have its yearbook photograph on Nov. 14 at 10:10 a.m. in the varsity gymnasium and its second Summer Trace performance on Nov. 19 at 6:30 p.m.
According to co-president and senior Shaina Pan, the Music on Main Street performances have stopped, but the Summer Trace performances will continue on.
“Music on Main Street is winding down now that the weather is getting quite cold, so we expect that less people will be out and about in downtown Carmel during the weekends,” Pan said.
Clarebridge, a senior residential facility, may be a possible replacement for Music on Main Street.
“Since we only have Summer Trace as a performance location right now, we are going to try to add one or two more locations,” Pan said.
Sponsor James Woomert said that he is looking forward to playing at more formal places such as retirement homes.
“Once we start getting into the more formal concert settings, I’d like to take a much more visible role and participate more in the music — the making portion of it instead of just the supervisory tasks and things like that,” Woomert said.
The officers are currently thinking about having a holiday party for the club. There are no upcoming meetings, although there will most likely be one meeting before winter break.
