The Swing Dance club will continue its weekly meetings on Jan. 30 in Room E157. Swing dance instructor Carolyn Wiley said she will teach new swing moves and routines to the students in the next few meetings.
“This week we’re going to try working on some new material. It’s so much working with those kids,” Wiley said. “It’s like we’re family.”
President and junior Angela Cosgrove is also prepared to help out the club members with the new routine.
“As president, of course it’s my job to help them, but at the same time I’m also a student in the club. (Members) don’t need to hesitate to ask me for any help. I’m there to have fun too,” Cosgrove said.
Wiley continues to encourage new members to join the club.
“Although it’s second semester, it’s still not too late to join. We welcome any and all newcomers,” Wiley said.
