Recently, Environmental Club and Sustainable Living Club have combined to become Environmental Action Club. The club now has two staff sponsors and to student leader. The staff sponsors are Kara House and Fran Rushing; the student leaders are junior Elizabeth Baach and sophomore Madison Adkins according to House.
According to Baach, because this change is so recent, the club has not really figured out how it is going to be organized for the remainder of the year. However, the Environmental Action Club will continue to meet on the Monday of every blue week. The club’s next meeting will not be until after winter break.
