The aquatics center, along with its existing swim programs, is planning on making more of an effort to publicize itself more, and maybe even increase benefits for current members of aquatics center programs.
“We are currently working on (finding) new friends. We are also working on creating more marketing to promote our programs and get the word out about us to people in the community,” aquatics center director Kinsey Wallace said.
The type of marketing is still undecided, and there is no definite date on when it will be implemented, but Wallace said that she assures that the aquatics center is working on it.
She also said that the aquatics center is looking into providing possible incentives for current members.
“I think (current members) would appreciate that very much,” swimmer and junior Troy Li said.
