Chemistry Club plans to have its next meeting on Feb. 23 after school in room B208, according to club sponsor Virginia Kundrat.
According to Ryan Jou, club president and junior, no other special events are planned for the rest of the semester.
Jou said, “We’re putting our demonstrations at schools on hold for now.”
Jou said club members will be preparing for the Chemistry Olympiad at this meeting by taking practice tests.
“Chemistry Olympiad is an exam that people can take. The top few winners can possibly get scholarships, and you (can) go on from the local level to the national level and then so on,” Jou said.
