The next Interact Club meetings will be before and after school in Room E219 on Feb. 26. The club just finished making Valentine’s Day cards for nursing homes and is now planning new upcoming events.
Club sponsor Michelle Subler said the club hopes to host the world’s biggest knockout tournament in the fieldhouse on March 26. “We’re going to try to break the world record for the largest knockout game, so we need 625 people, no matter who they are, what age, to come out and play,” she said.
“We’re really excited for that. We really think that we can do it, but we just need help with people to come,” club president and sophomore Gabby Seal said.
Subler also said the members will be getting club T-shirts soon.
As always, Interact Club is looking for new members to join. “We want to make (Interact Club) one of the more fun clubs that you don’t have to pay dues (for), and you don’t have to do any strenuous requirements,” Seal said. “You just have to come to the meetings.”
