CHS will host the National High School 3-Point and Slam Dunk Competition on April 1, according to an email to faculty sent by Athletics Director Jim Inskeep. The competition will start at 7:00 p.m. and take place in the Eric Clark Activity Center. Tickets will cost $5.
“The event is part of the NCAA Final Four in Indianapolis the next weekend,” Inskeep said in the email. “The event will be taped and then shown nationally on CBS on Sunday, April 5th.”
According to Inskeep’s email, Ryan Cline, varsity basketball player and senior, will be one of the eight participants in the 3-point competition.
