The Senior Class is inactive as the class as a whole finishes up their last semester. According to Senior Class Secretary Hannah Nist, the only events the Senior Class officers are responsible for are graduation and prom, which they haven’t started to avidly prepare for yet.
“We don’t have any pressing priorities right now, so the officers are currently inactive,” Nist said.
Despite not doing much currently, Nist said the officers are all extremely excited for the upcoming events: “The hype of graduation and the excitement for having the honor to speak at the event is something we are all excited for.”
Senior Class sponsor Ann Mayhew is also excited for them as they near the end of their high school career.
“They’ve been a nice group of students,” Mayhew said. “I’ve been happy to work with them throughout this year.” By Leah Tan
