The Student Athletic Board has planned out activities that will occur up until the Thanksgiving break. Its main focus is the Hound Pound and how the club will go about supporting the football team in the upcoming games leading up to and possibly including the State championship.
The “game of the week” project is still in effect. Members of the Student Athletic Board use the “game of the week” strategy to divvy up which spirit club attends which sporting events throughout the week so that all teams are supported.
Nov. 13, though, all spirit clubs are asked to attend the Regional football game at Fort Wayne Snider High School.
“We obviously want all the spirit clubs to show their support and the Hound Pound to make an appearance as well,” Lindsey Kitzinger, member of the Student Athletic Board and senior, said.
According to Jim Inskeep, Student Athletic Board sponsor and Athletics Director, the schedule for the “game of the week” for the Hound Pound will be planned up through Thanksgiving break. This schedule and more information concerning the game at Fort Wayne Snider High School is posted on the athletics Web site at www.carmelgreyhounds.com. By Cassie Dugan <[email protected]>
