The final exam study kits (FESK) compilation date is scheduled for the future, however, a date is not yet announced according to Ansel Nalin, club president and senior. Instead he said NHS members should continue to focus on blanket making.
Nalin said he encourages members to gather in room E134 to make blankets. The blankets will benefit the Peyton Manning Children’s hospital. “Personally, I haven’t been to one (blanket making session) but I heard that it’s going strong,” he said.
Sessions take place once every two weeks on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. Members should plan to stay for an hour and a half in order to receive individual hours. Nalin said members may bring fleece to the sessions in order to receive hours.
Nalin said he is encouraged by NHS members continuing to participate in volunteer events. “Students are doing well with participating in events around the community,” he said. By Afra Hussain <[email protected]>
