Santa’s Secret Shop is a store designed specifically for children through the sixth grade. Opened a few days ago, the shop will stay open until Dec. 8.
According to DECA sponsor Janice Brown, no adults are allowed in the store. Children who wish to buy gifts come into the store and select desired presents for those whom they wish to give to. Only the senior management class is allowed to manage Santa’s Secret Shop.
“It’s basically an instruction course for the seniors. It’s like managing your own business,” Brown said.
According to Brown, the senior managing class is responsible for a multitude of responsibilities.
“They do everything from doing the financial records to restocking the shelves,” Brown said.
However, other DECA members are still allowed to participate. By Chirs Li <[email protected]>
