Viviane Linos, senior and founder of the Do Something Club, said the club members will meet at Sunrise on Old Meridian, a nursing home in Indianapolis, to play games with the residents and volunteer. Sponsor James Ziegler said they will visit on Feb. 18.
Linos said the club will have a party for the children at the Dayspring Center, a homeless shelter in Indianapolis. She said the club members are still planning and considering using Valentine’s Day as a theme for the party.
The club is organizing a pay-to-play tournament with the Four Square Club to raise funds for charity, according to Linos. However, Linos said they are still only planning, and nothing is absolute yet. By John Du <[email protected]>
