The German Club will dine at the Rathskeller restaurant in downtown Indianapolis on Jan. 26 from after school until 7 p.m.
Those who want to attend will have a bus available to take to the restaurant, according to German Club president Michaela Bunting. Students will also have a bus available to take back to the school after the event, and parents may pick up students at the school.
Students who want to attend should have turned in permission slips to German Club sponsor Laura King on Jan. 20, along with a $10 fee.
King said the permission slips have a list of “set” items and meals that students attending the event can choose from. There are many types of entrées for ]students, including meals for those who are vegetarians.
“We usually do (the event) every year,” Bunting said via email, “so I thought, ‘Why not do it again while it’s too cold to have an event outside?’”
