An event called Teen Read Week will take place Oct. 17 between 3:30 to 5:00 after school in the Young Adult lounge, second floor of the Carmel Clay Public Library (CCPL).
Students in middle school or high school can celebrate national Teen Read Week by participating in a mock zombie invasion. Snacks and other supplies will be provided by the friends of the Carmel Clay Public Library, so there is no charge for the event and people don’t have to sign up ahead of time. Students can visit http://teenreadweek.ning.com/ for more information about Teen Read Week.
