Counselors plan to finish sophomore scheduling for next school year before winter break. Scheduling for juniors will begin in January, according to counselor Bettina Cool via email.
“Our current priority is scheduling sophomores for next year,” Cool said.
Sophomore Juliet Sanders, who has already scheduled, said she thinks it is an important year to plan classes for.
“The classes you’re taking will be the most recent ones colleges see and you can start signing up for classes that are more specific to what you want to do in college and for your career,” Sanders said.
Additionally, the next SAT test will take place in February. According to Cool, juniors should begin to start studying for it.
Cool said, “We recommend you start taking it in January of your junior year.”
