The Greyhound Connections members are planning a visit to their new student SRT classrooms within the next few days. After several successful events at the beginning of school including new student orientation, Tailgate 4 Life, activities fair and a new student lunch, they are preparing more activities for the new sophomores, juniors and seniors. But sponsor Joe Stuelpe said as of now they have no new events planned.
Olivia LaMagna, president and junior, said they are now getting to know their new students much better. She said this year has started off quite successfully. The addition of more club members has allowed each club member to have fewer students, which has allowed them to become much closer.
Elaine Lynch, vice-president and junior, said they are also planning to film a video tour at some point for the new incoming students.
Overall, LaMagna said she has enjoyed her experience with Greyhound Connections. “I love this place,” LaMagna said. “And all the people in it.”
