According to choir director Ann Conrad, auditions for next year’s choral groups will be held from Feb. 4 to Mar. 5 in the auditorium. Students interested in choir auditions should contact Conrad or performing arts office secretary Mary Eaton for more information.
Conrad said, “We’re hoping to have a big freshman class come back and audition for choral groups. We had a huge amount of students in the program this year and we hope to have the same number, or more, next year.”
In addition, auditions for the spring musical, “Oklahoma”, will be held Feb. 9 and 12 in the auditorium. Students should contact choir director Lamonte Kuskye for more information about the musical.
Conrad said, “The musical auditions require no specific skills such as tap dancing as they have in past shows, so hopefully this will entice more people to come out and audition for a part.” By Jade Schwarting <[email protected]>
