Prom court elections will begin after spring break, according to Junior Class sponsor John Love. The preliminary ballots will be handed out sometime during SRT.

“It’s the same process as homecoming court,” Love said. “It’ll be very fun.”

The Junior Class officers have also settled on other plans for prom, according to Love.

“There’s going to be a photo booth,” Love said. “It will have a green screen background, and there will be unlimited prints. We don’t know yet (what the background will be). We’re still in the process of deciding.”

Junior Eliza Greiner said she plans on attending prom this year. She said she probably will not be using the photo booth or tailoring her dress towards the Cinco de Mayo theme this year.

“(I am) going to a friend’s house for dinner,” Greiner said. “We are all probably doing something after. We’ll be getting (to prom) by car.”
