According to Chemistry Club sponsor Virginia Kundrat, Chemistry Club members have been busily preparing for the United States National Chemistry Olympiad (USNCO). However, instead of solely studying for the USNCO, Chemistry Club members are still arranging demonstrations for CHS students, as well as younger students.
Patrick Tan, Chemistry Club president and senior, said the club members will be hosting another demonstration for the students at College Wood Elementary in the middle of March for Cub Scouts. Chemistry Club will also be hosting a demonstration on Feb. 21 at CHS.
“Chemistry Club is going be quite busy in the coming months as we roll into USNCO season,” said Tan.
