House will host their annual chicken dinner on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Freshman Cafeteria.
According to House sponsor Sarah Wolff, there will be an auction after the dinner provided by KFC to raise money for Riley Children’s Hospital.
“There will be a ton of signed sports memorabilia this year from different Indiana teams,” she said. “There’s a football signed by Andrew Luck (and) some signed Indiana University stuff from Tom Crean and some of the players. We also have a couple things from Lance Stephenson that were donated.”
Cabinet member and senior Matt Wehner is excited for the dinner.
“We’ll have casino games for everyone coming,” Wehner said. “It’s for parents and for kids at our school. We should have a lot of people there, a lot of families, and it’s only $5.”
Cabinet members will be selling Chick-fil-A sandwiches in the morning on Wednesday and Cold Stone ice cream at all lunches on Friday to fundraise for Dance Marathon. Dance Marathon is this Saturday from 4 to 10 p.m. in the Freshman Cafeteria. Color groups are now posted near the Activities Office.
“We’ve been planning for it all year and it’s finally here,” Wehner said. “It’s unbelievable that all our hard work from this year is finally coming down to one day.”
