Van Beynen said, in the past, players have ignored rule changes like the double-touch rule, and that she thinks that will happen to this new rule as well. “There was another rule where they tried to make doubling with setting legal, but it sort of turned into, ‘Who cares this isnt how volleyball is supposed to be played,’ and it was boycotted, which I believe is going to happen with this rule too. Men’s tennis wins IHSAA State Championship over North Central 4-1

For the first time since 2012, the men’s tennis team has won the IHSAA State Championship. The team beat the past three-year champion North Central 4-1 on Oct. 15 at North Central’s tennis courts....

Mitchell Mercer, JV player and sophomore, is running high-fives through the tennis team after being announced on the roster. The boys tennis team is looking to gain a State Championship title this season after being runner-ups for the last three years to North Central.
