The annual Indianapolis Job Fair will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Mar. 19, 2026. The event is hosted by Best Hire Career Fairs and held at the Holiday Inn. 

New York Life Insurance Executive Partner Rohan Handa attended last year’s event as a recruiter. 

Handa said, “The quality of the event is excellent. We have people from different industries looking for career changes, and we had 15 to 20 good employers. All of us had a great time with good resumes and an excellent follow-up. Hopefully, we can hire a lot of people and show them an opportunity.”

Senior Taylor Zhuang said the job fair was a great way for students, especially seniors, to get a good grasp of the workforce. 

“The event is a great place to make connections,” Zhuang said. “If you are a senior graduating and not going to college, and going directly into the workforce, this event would be great for you to find a potential job. Even if you aren’t planning on going directly into the workforce after you graduate, like if you’re attending college, this would be a great place to make connections and see where you would want to potentially end up. It could also be good to look for internships.” 

Senior Kaia Starnino said she agreed with Zhuang and said she recommended that students attend. 

Starnino said, “As someone who does not know whether she is attending college out-of-state or in-state yet, the job fair would be great to see potential places that I could apply for internships or connect with after or even during college. There are so many companies, and many of them are out-of-state. It would be a great experience to talk to experienced people in the workforce, even if you don’t get a job immediately from the fair.”
