The National Honor Society meeting originally scheduled for Feb. 1 has been moved to Feb. 7. Seniors who are current members of the NHS should meet after school in the freshman cafeteria, according to Tony Willis, NHS assistant sponsor.
The cancellation of school on Feb. 1 due to ice and snow is the cause for the meeting date being changed, Willis said.
“This is the most important meeting of the school year,” Willis said, “because the officers and members will plan the annual Valentine’s Day carnation sales and other upcoming activities. Every member should make every effort to attend.”
