The Carmel Clay Education Foundation (CCEF) will host the third annual Ghosts and Goblins 5K/2K walk and Wellness Fair on Oct. 29. The 5K will begin at 8:30 a.m., the 2K will begin at 8:35 a.m. and the Wellness Fair will be from 7:30 to 10 a.m. All activities are near CHS door seven, which is outside of main cafeteria. Pre-registrations are due by Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. Those interested can register online at www.SignMeUp.com.
Also, volunteers are needed to help with walk-in registration and pre-registration packet pick-up on Oct. 28 from 4 to 7:15 p.m. and Oct. 29 from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. at CHS.
“Any student can participate in the 5K or the 2K as a participant to run or walk, and we also have a lot of different volunteer opportunities for all students,” Dorothy Ilgen, director of the Carmel Education Foundation, said.
