German Club to provide German breakfast during late start Nov. 14

German Club will provide a German breakfast on Nov. 14 during late start from 7:40 to 8:20 a.m. in Room A224.

According to club sponsor Laura King, a maximum of 40 students are allowed to attend. King said members and non-members may attend.

Club president Caroline Bundy and King said they are pleased with German Club’s success. According to Bundy, there has been an increase in membership this year.

“I think it’s been going good. We have a lot of freshmen this year, so our membership has been bumped up,” she said. Bundy also said the executive board has been asking more students what they are interested in doing this year to reach out to try to reach out to more students.

“I think everything’s going great so far,” King said. “We have a high number of students who are German Club members, around 85 students, which is an increase from last year.”

According to King, more students are actually participating in events this year. “We probably had an average around 20 students per event (last year), and now we’re around 30 to 40 students per event,” she said.
