President and senior Shea Rhoutsong said members of the club are trying to go every Tuesday as this can help many people in the club to improve on more challenging steps.

Rhoutsong said, “We’re doing this so we can have always have something to work on. (We can do steps like) aerials, and a lot more bigger and grander kind of moves.”

Sponsor Caren Rickett said she likes the idea of them meeting regularly. She said via email, “The members are meeting outside of the club on their own (time). I think that the students will learn more and form closer relationships. These students are also going to teach the others what they have learned.”

“I think that going somewhere outside of CHS will help us trust (each other) a bit more,” Rhoutsong said. “I also think that it will just be a good change of scene.”
