According to Vivian Heerens, club president and senior, the dinner will raise funds to send club members to the state meeting in March.
Several members of the club will be participating in Students Taking Action with Recognition (S.T.A.R.) events in the FCCLA state meeting, according to Heerens.
“We have rough 20 people competing this year (at state) which is really good,” said Heerens.
According to Heerens, members of the club will also be raising money for Gleaners Food Bank.
“The National FCCLA leaders have really been pushing initiatives like this,” Heerens said.
